Burrito was Best of Breed Thursday and Friday at the Walla Walla Kennel Club shows at the Tri-Cities Cluster. In this picture he is sitting on the grooming table waiting to go to the show ring.It was a very busy 4 day show in the Tri-Cities. Fiona is shown here waiting to go to the show ring–Sheri came to town and showed Fiona–on Saturday Fiona was Best of Breed and completed her Grand Championship (pending AKC approval). In addition to the conformation ring Fiona ran 5 Fast Cat trials and is rapidly closing in on getting her DCat (just a couple more runs!). Fun 4 days!
The puppies from Gloria’s last litter are now nine months old.
The Absolutely group had a very fun weekend in Kennewick WA at the Tri-Cities dog show. Grooming and showing were all done outdoors. We managed with 3 “tents” and a motor home. We had wind, we had cold weather, we had sunshine, we had rain, we had more wind.
It was a busy weekend, as there were 5 FastCat runs and 4 conformation shows.
We prayed for the perfect home for Vito. Rose and Ralph are thrilled to welcome him into their family. I know he will get so much love and attention!
Vito, the puppy colored black in the last litter is now 7 months old. He has told me (in puppy dog language) that he is NOT interested in being a show dog. He doesn’t enjoy the limelight Vito is looking for a new home where he can give lots of love and attention to his owners, but one that doesn’t require him to be a show dog.
Vito has had all his puppy shots and is microchipped. He is from a healthy line of Bichons and his parents are both champion dogs who have passed their health testing.
If you are interested in this handsome boy and would like to have him join your family, please get in touch with Sue. (use the “contact us” page on this website).
At the Saturday BFCPS Specialty, Burrito was Select dog (Fiona received an Award of Merit), and at the Saturday Seattle KC show Burrito was Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed (Fiona was Select). Sunday was the Gig Harbor show and Burrito was Select dog. Monday at the Puyallup Dog Fanciers show Burrito was Best of Breed and went on to receive a Group 3. Thank you judge Terill Udenberg! Burrito was beautifully handled by Andrew Mueller (Skinner Dogs).
Brinkley strutted around the ring with owner Jennifer Wilson while Sue read his accomplishments–Brinkley has several Rally title, a Canine Good Citizen title, and Trick dog title. More titles to come! Good job Brinkley and Jennifer.
Shae and Tasheena were Select Bitch 4 out of the 5 shows (at both Specialties and 2 at the All Breed shows). Shae also went to the Owner-Handler ring and was awarded a Group 3 and a Group 4. Below Shae is pictured with her “winnings”.Nicely done Shae and Tasheena.
