Next week Black Boy will go to his new home. Terry and Mark are so excited and asked for some pictures. Terry said they need a “puppy fix.”

Congratulations! This last week of waiting is full of anticipation and excitement here too. We are preparing for a new baby in the house;-) He is darling and precious.

We have decided on the name, Louie. AKA King Louie since I’m sure he will be ruling from the couch in no time!
I like that name and think it suits him.

The wait is pure torture isn’t it? It would have been unbearable without the updates on the blog. Finn and I are having a great time. He is doing very well 🙂

How did you set up for the night time with Finn? How did it go? Any advice?
Finn sleeps in a soft crate on my bed. He can see through both sides and the door of the crate. He does really well. I have a Nylabone in there that he chews on sometimes for a bit before he zonks out. He usually wakes up to go out around 4:30 then he goes back to sleep. As soon as I open the zipper on the crate he pounces out and goes right to lick my face. Sometimes he bites my nose though and that hurts!
He is a lovely looking fellow “Louie”, cute name.
