On Monday, January 12, 2015 at the Tacoma Kennel Club dog show in Puyallup, Sydney finished her AKC Championship going Winner’s Bitch for the last 3 points she needed to complete her championship. Benny and Sydney attended the Bichon Frise Club of America National Specialty and Sweepstakes in May. Benny placed in his class (4th place rosette) and Sydney placed in her class with a second place rosette (only 4 places are awarded). The 2 pups showed very well and had a great time. The judge was Patricia Dale Hunter from Vancouver Island, BC.
Then June 7 Benny and Sydney were entered in the Bichon Frise Club of Puget Sound Sweepstakes and Specialty in Tacoma. Benny placed 2nd in both the sweeps and the specialty. Sydney place 1st in her class and was also award Best Opposite Sex Puppy in the Specialty. Again, both pups had a wonderful time–meeting lots of people, children, and other beautiful Bichons.
