The Sassy–Oliver girls are 10 days old and it has been a challenge getting pictures of them. First the pups don’t want to hold still and then the pictures that we did take, the files were larger than the blog could handle. Today Sue came with her phone and we were able to get picture of each pup.

Above is Red girl–she is the smallest, but she is making big gains hoping to catch up with her sisters.

This is Green girl, who also made a good size weight gain overnight. The pups are growing rapidly–Sassy is being an excellent mom.

Blue girl is the biggest of the 3 pups and this is the probably the best picture we’ve taken of her. All 3 girls were more cooperative today and hopefully that will improve over the next weeks–taking pictures of squirmy babies is not easy! Thank you Sue for the help!

Sassy and Oliver would like to introduce the latest puppies, born Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Three little girls. Have to get this posted as tomorrow is their 1 week birthday and will be posting new pictures.

This picture was taken shortly after the last little girl (Blue girl) was born at 11:40 p.m.

With all the dog shows cancelled it’s time to cut the show dogs coats down for easier management . Above is Burrito before, head shot and profile.

Burrito head shot and profile (above) after Sheri worked her magic on his trim. Love the short trim and he will be so much easier to brush, comb and keep up.
We didn’t get a before picture of Chandler, but here he is after Sheri trimmed him up–handsome guy! Chandler is a Flo Jo/Donald pup.

DoDo really knows how to celebrate his 1st birthday. This morning (May 4, 2020), owners Joanna and Jenny made DoDo a dog friendly carrot cake. Enjoy, DoDo!!! Have a fun day.

Today DoDo (formerly Taco) is celebrating his 1 year birthday along with his littermates.
Elijah (formerly Nacho) has become a show boy, but unfortunately with the present situation all the dog shows have been cancelled–even the National Bichon specialty (which has been rescheduled for September and we hope will take place!!!).
Burrito (name never changed) is also a show boy, just waiting around, getting into mischief and enjoying his play time out in the grass yard or digging up earthworms.

Fun litter of crazy boys. Just doesn’t seem like a whole year has gone by! Wishing them all good health and lots of fun as they begin their 2nd year.

Elijah and Jan waiting in the grooming area for the final “fluff and trim” before heading to the show ring.
Burrito (Absolutely Affinity Full of Beans) on the grooming table and ready to get the show on the road. On Monday, at the Seattle Kennel Club show in Puyallup Burrito was Winner’s Dog and Best of Winners for a 4 point major. Good job Burrito!!!
Emoji (Absolutely Affinity Smiley Face 🙂 ), brushed and combed and ready for the final trim. On Saturday at the Gig Harbor show in Puyallup, Emoji was Winner’s Bitch and Best of Winners for a 4 point major. Well done Emoji–one major down and one more to go.

Elijah (Absolutely Bringing A Higher Love), owned by Mark and Jan and shown by Tasheena, made his show debut in Puyallup at the Gig Harbor KC show. At 8 months old, Elijah and Tasheena had a great time–Elijah was very enthusiastic and had fun–which is what we want him to do in the ring.

Emoji attended the Canadian National Specialty in Chilliwack, BC. Here Sheri is getting her ready to go in the ring–unfortunately Emoji wasn’t what the judges were looking for, but she showed well and had fun.
Burrito got to go to the Canadian Specialty too and had a wonderful time! This is a picture of Burrito getting a pre-show haircut–at the show Sheri trimmed him up and he looked great! Burrito showed well in the Baby Puppy class (the first time he had been in the show ring and with no handling class preparation).

Sheri with Oliver, Joanna with DoDo. Sheri and Oliver are waiting to go into the Non-Sporting Group ring at the Timberland Valley Dog Fancier show on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019. Oliver is DoDo sire and perhaps one day DoDo will be going to Group.

DoDo after he had his hair groomed by Robyn–he looks so mature.
Elihaj after his haircut by Sherry. Without all that puppy hair the pups looks so much older.
Burrito after his haircut by Sheri–getting ready to be in a dog show in the baby puppy class.
