Outside is the new favorite place to be.  All the pups have learned to traverse the two steps leading to the dog yard.  I put a cushion at the bottom, just in case there is a misstep.

Blue Boy is maintaining his lead in the weight department. He’s a pretty easy going guy.

Brown was the first to master the steps and the dog door. He loves to play with the big dogs.

Turq likes to try new things. He was the first to try out the Wobble Ball.

At her first dog shows, Karen's girl Sassy, (affectionately known as "Practically Perfect") went Reserve. Baron, after a three month vacation was Best of Breed both days. We're very proud of both these dogs.

Simon came out of retirement to compete at the Bichon Frise Club of Puget Sound.  Here is his photo from the Stud Dog class with his sons Baron and Buzz.  That is Tiffanie Coe handling Buzz for us for the photo.  She is usually seen on the lead of Leo the Leonberger.  Thanks Tiffanie! (She is one of Simon’s biggest fans.)

Simon received the Select Dog award all three days of the shows with his son Baron winning top honors both days he competed.

Also a snap of our loot from the Specialty.  Good times!!IMG_3513

Baron, CH Absolutely Agape Heartthrob, won Best of Breed at our local specialty show! He can now include BISS (Best in Specialty Show) before his name. On Sat. he was once again Best of Breed! What fantastic recognition for a special boy. Thank you to the judges, to Sheri for grooming him so beautifully and to Karen who handled him to his wins.

The "Boys" had a great time at the dog show. Chip, the Grandpa of the other three, was a BIG winner (more about that in a later post.)
